Privacy Policy
LIKA is a skill-based competitive gaming platform. We collect only the information we need to run matches, move funds securely, keep play fair, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal data — ever.
1. Who we are
"LIKA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator of the LIKA platform, accessible at likagames.xyz and the app at play.likagames.xyz. This policy explains how we handle information when you create an account, deposit, play, and withdraw.
2. Information we collect
- Account information. The email address you sign in with (via Google or email link) and a unique account identifier. We use this to create and secure your account.
- Gameplay data. Matches played, stakes, results, timestamps, and in-game activity. This is needed to run matches, settle outcomes, and protect fair play.
- Transaction data. Deposit and withdrawal records, on-chain addresses you deposit from or withdraw to, amounts, chains used, and balances. This is required to credit deposits and process payouts.
- Technical data. Basic device and connection information (such as browser type and approximate region) used to keep the service secure and working.
We do not request or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. LIKA never asks you to connect a self-custody wallet to sign transactions.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the platform — create your account, run matches, and display your balance.
- To process deposits and withdrawals and maintain accurate records.
- To detect and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To provide support and respond to your messages.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us.
4. How your funds and keys are handled
LIKA is custodial during Season 0: player balances are held in reserve and are withdrawable on demand, subject to review for security. Signing keys that control platform wallets are kept offline and are never exposed to the website, the app, or third parties. Withdrawals are reviewed before release to protect against fraud and unauthorized access.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Infrastructure providers who help us run the service (for example, hosting, authentication, and blockchain data providers), strictly to provide their service to us.
- Legal and safety — where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of LIKA and its players.
On-chain transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are recorded on public blockchains by their nature and are visible to anyone. This is inherent to how cryptocurrency works and is not controlled by LIKA.
6. Data retention
We keep account, gameplay, and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, security, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account; some records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.
7. Security
We design LIKA to be security-first: minimal data collection, offline key custody, reviewed withdrawals, and server-side controls on funds movement. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Your choices and rights
- You can access and update your account information by contacting us.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, subject to legal limits.
- You can stop using the service at any time and withdraw your available balance.
9. Age and eligibility
LIKA is for users who are of legal age to play for real stakes in their jurisdiction. Real-money play may be restricted in some regions; it is your responsibility to ensure you are permitted to use LIKA where you are.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. A full Privacy Policy will accompany the official Season 1 documentation.
