Terms of Service
By creating an account or using LIKA, you agree to these Terms. LIKA is a skill-based competitive gaming platform where outcomes are decided by player skill, not chance. Please read these Terms carefully — staking real money carries risk.
1. Eligibility
- You must be of legal age to play for real stakes in your jurisdiction.
- Real-money skill gaming may be restricted or prohibited in some regions. It is your responsibility to confirm that using LIKA is lawful where you are.
- You may hold only one account. Multiple or fraudulent accounts may be suspended.
2. How matches work
- You choose a game and a stake. A match is created when two players agree to the same game at the same stake.
- Outcomes are determined by skill. Once a match completes, the result is final.
- LIKA charges a flat platform fee on matches, shown to you before you play.
- Leaving a match early, disconnecting deliberately, or timing out may be treated as a forfeit.
3. Deposits, balances, and withdrawals
- Deposits are credited to your LIKA balance after the transaction confirms on-chain.
- Your balance is held in reserve and is withdrawable on demand, subject to security review.
- Withdrawals are reviewed before release to protect against fraud and unauthorized access. Most are processed promptly; we may request additional checks where needed.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and can change.
- You are responsible for providing a correct withdrawal address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; LIKA cannot recover funds sent to an address you supplied.
4. Fair play
- No cheating, automation, bots, collusion, exploiting bugs, or any unfair advantage.
- Violations may result in forfeited stakes, withheld balances, and account suspension or termination.
- We may review matches and disputes and make good-faith decisions to keep play fair.
5. Responsible play
Stake only what you can afford to lose. Real-money competition can be habit-forming. If play stops being fun, take a break. You can stop using LIKA and withdraw your available balance at any time.
6. Account suspension and closure
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Where your balance is lawfully yours and not subject to an investigation, you remain entitled to withdraw it.
7. Service "as is"
LIKA is provided "as is" during Season 0 while we actively build and improve it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIKA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes to the service and these Terms
We may update the platform and these Terms as LIKA evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Full Terms will be published with the official Season 1 documentation.
